EXHIBIT PROSPECTUS

Eligibility:
Any Michigan artist may enter an exhibit. Works of art should be in keeping with each scheduled exhibition. Only original works completed outside a classroom environment are accepted. Entrants must be 18 years of age. Entries must be suitably framed or otherwise ready for display. There may be exceptions to these regulations by individual circumstances.

Jury Process:
All exhibit entries will be subject to the jury process.

Membership in ARTWORKS:
Artworks is a non-profit organization for the humanities and the arts located in Big Rapids, Mi. All interested are encouraged to become members. Contact the gallery or go to the Artworks web site at www.artworksinbigrapids.com for more information.

Declined Artwork:
Artists will be notified if any work is declined.

Drop off/Pick up of Exhibited Works:
Artworks will not be responsible for work delivered in damaged condition. All artwork must be picked up on the pick up date, during regular gallery hours. Artworks will not be responsible for work left after pickup dates.

Sale of Artwork:
All works for sale must be offered at the price on the entry form. Accepted entries must remain on display until the end of the exhibition.

Publicity:
Artworks reserves the right to reproduce accepted entries for publicity purposes.

Entry Fees:
All members are required to pay an annual fee and are entitled to submit work for entry into any exhibit throughout the year. All works submitted for jurying into exhibit by non-members will be subject to a one-time fee per show. There is a commission split with Artworks on any sales. Contact the gallery for specifics.
