Russ Reams Commemorative Exhibit
July 1 - August 28
Art comes in many shapes and forms and metal sculpturist, Russ Reams, made that fact gloriously obvious. Working in metal of all kinds, Russ would bring home castaway metal items to incorporate in his work, spending as much time in his garage turned studio as possible for more than 30 years. Russ' pieces include parts of computers, gears and bits from items unrelated to what they become in his imagination. Whether it is a large abstraction of a bird in the garden or a intricate motorcycle on a desk, his pieces continue to bring pleasure to young and old alike.
There will be a reception to honor Russ with family and friends at Artworks, Sunday, July 25th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Members of the community are invited.
